Every RESERVD rental includes standard coverage designed to protect you from normal wear during use.

What Standard Coverage Includes

Normal wear during regular use is expected and fully covered, including:

• Minor surface scratches

• Light scuffing

• Minimal chain wear

• General signs of everyday handling

What Is Not Covered

Standard coverage does not include:

• Lost or stolen items

• Missing stones

• Broken prongs or settings

• Significant scratches or dents

• Damage caused by improper use

If a piece is returned with excessive damage or is not returned, replacement fees may apply.

If You Notice Damage

If you notice a loose stone or structural concern while wearing your piece, contact us immediately. Early communication helps prevent further issues.

Purchasing Your Piece

Members receive exclusive pricing if they choose to purchase the piece they are renting. Purchased items are final sale.
